For candidates

Is it free to create a profile?

Yes, completely free. Creating and maintaining a candidate profile is not charged.

What data do I need to enter?

First name, city, sector, languages and levels, education, experience, and contact details (phone, email). No documents or CVs are uploaded.

Who can see my profile?

Your profile is visible to employers registered on the platform. Your contact details (phone, email) are only visible to employers with an active paid job listing. Your first name and city are visible so that employers can find you.

How does an employer contact me?

The employer sees your profile and contacts you directly by phone or email. The communication is outside the platform.

Can I delete my profile?

Yes, at any time — using the button in your profile. The deletion is immediate and irreversible.

How long is my profile kept?

Profiles are stored for 6 months, after which they are automatically deleted. You can update it at any time.

How many languages is the platform available in?

In 8 languages: Bulgarian, English, Russian, Ukrainian, Arabic, Farsi, Pashto, and Uzbek. Select your language from the menu.

How do I apply for a specific job listing?

Write directly to the application email provided in the job posting.

For employers

How much does it cost to post a job listing?

Publishing job listings is free until 31.12.2026. After that, a listing costs 25 EUR. Optionally, you can promote your listing for 20 € (30 days).

What do I get with a paid listing?

The listing is published on the platform in 8 languages and you get access to the applicants' contact data.

How do I see the candidates?

After registration, you review candidate profiles — sector, languages, experience, city. With an active paid listing, you also see their contact details.

Can I edit the listing after publishing?

Yes, at any time from your dashboard. The changes are immediate, at no extra charge.

What is a promoted listing?

A promoted listing costs 20 € for 30 days: it stays at the top of the list, gets a “Promoted” badge and gives you access to the contact details in candidate profiles.
