2. What data we process
– Candidates: name, city, education, experience, languages, contact details (phone, email), profile data
– Employers: EIK and company details, contact person, application email, content of job listings
– Visitors: technical data required for the operation of the website (cookies — see section 6)
3. Purposes and legal basis
Data is processed for: creating and maintaining profiles and job listings, connecting candidates and employers, and carrying out FAR's intermediation activity under license No. 3570. Legal basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and performance of a contract / taking steps at the data subject's request (Art. 6(1)(b)).
4. Retention periods
Candidate profiles are stored for 6 months from their creation, after which they are automatically deleted — unless the candidate renews their profile, in which case the period starts again from the date of renewal. Employer data is stored for as long as the profile and job listings remain active. Accounting data — within the statutory retention periods.
5. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Candidates can delete their profile themselves at any time using the button in their profile. Requests: info@jobmatching.bg. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the personal data protection supervisory authority.
6. Cookies
The site uses cookies necessary for its operation and cookies for language preferences. You can manage cookies from your browser settings.
7. Disclosure to third parties
Candidate contact details are available only to employers with an active paid listing. Data is not sold or provided to third parties beyond the purposes described.
8. Changes
This policy may be updated. The current version is always available on this page.
9. Listings and liability
The information in this listing is published by the employer and has not been verified by the Foundation for Access to Rights. The Foundation is not responsible for its accuracy. It is the job seeker's responsibility to check the terms of the employment contract they intend to conclude — working hours, remuneration, duration, place of work and legal basis for employment — before signing it.
